Growing up, I was kind of obsessed with entrepreneurship. I was the kid running the neighborhood lemonade stand, going door to door selling handmade bracelets, advertising my dog-walking services-- you name it. ABC’s Shark Tank was my favorite show. I was always dreaming up ways to “make money.” Not so much for the money itself, but for the thrill of the process. The idea, the creation, the execution.
After graduating high school, I entered into my family’s vacation rental business. During this time, I learned the ins and outs of being a successful Airbnb host, and started an ecommerce business on the side. Now, I have found bookkeeping as a perfect way to continue my entrepreneurial streak while connecting with like-minded individuals and contributing to the growth and success of their businesses.
I was born and raised in Maryland, with a dog, cat, or guinea pig always milling around somewhere. When I’m not bookkeeping, I enjoy playing the piano, ice skating, and baking.
